Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim sharply criticized President Biden’s decision to pardon Adrian Peeler, who was convicted in connection with the 1999 killings of a mother and her 8-year-old son. Ganim says the city is in the dark about Peeler’s release and calls the clemency “outrageous.”
