One of my goals with blogging for the last decade has been to write the blog post I wish I had had. So, with Puzzmo now migrated to two monorepos (“app” and “games”) I’d like to go through the process of setting up a monorepo and a few of the interesting trade-offs we’ve made now it’s fully settled. This post includes all the config files which makes our monorepo work and a bit of a narrative about how they came together.
