Thank you to Tracy McNeeley for turning a retired Northlake fire hydrant into a heartfelt tribute to her beloved dogs, Kamir, Oscar, Spanky, and Stymie. Accented with river rocks provided by the city, this memorial is a sweet and creative way to honor her dogs.
