The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) welcomes the conviction of former Enoch Mgijima municipal manager, Nokuthula Zondani, for unilaterally inflating the value of a contract by 100% and contravening the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) as a result.
