Hamilton Zanze, a leading San Francisco-based multifamily real estate investment firm, announced today that it has sold Parkway Apartments, a 148-unit garden-style community in Williamsburg, Va. The firm sponsored the acquisition of the property in January 2018 and closed the sale on July 30.
