From the Flag to the Cross is the first book in what I’m hoping will become a significant genre of texts written for a activist audience, explaining what’s at stake in the Trump second Presidency and how to resist it. The book isn’t without flaws; but whatever criticisms I make of it, I’m glad it’s in print, and I hope there will be many more books like it soon, summoning into being the large anti-fascist crowd that we need.
