We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Roza Vaez Ghaemi to the J. Crayton Pruitt Family Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida as instructional faculty beginning in fall 2025. In this role, she will lead biomechanics and cell and tissue coursework, mentor the next generation of biomedical engineers, and help shape the department’s evolving teaching infrastructure, including hands-on makerspaces and lab innovation.
