Trump was feeling pretty good about the Republican Party licking his boot and voting for his bill so he figured NOW would be a good time to go full anti-Semitic.Of course most of the people who voted for Trump are too stupid and/or ignorant to know the significance of the anti-Semitic slur "Shylock."
