Alex Mihailidis, U of T's associate vice-president, international partnerships and a professor in the Temerty Faculty of Medicine's department of occupational science and occupational therapy and the Institute of Biomedical Engineering in the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering, has been named a Chevalier (knight) of the Ordre des Palmes académiques by the French Republic.
