On April 24, 2024, four U.S. solar manufacturers filed a new anti-dumping/countervailing duty (AD/CVD) petition with the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC) against imports of solar cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. CEA has developed an update on this new solar AD/CVD petition.
