The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for nine counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer, New Jersey.
