Charleigh Bullock of the U.S. and Thomas Mejia of Colombia won the women’s and men’s all-around gold, respectively, and the U.S. earned both team titles, in the artistic gymnastics competition at the Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay, that ended Friday.
