An Ithaca man who police investigators believe was responsible for a stabbing that occurred in mid June was located and apprehended in Tennessee, and has been transported back to Ithaca to face charges, according to a statement Sunday morning from the Ithaca Police Department. 20-year-old Nazir Chisolm has been arraigned and is in jail awaiting further court proceedings.
