As gangs tighten control over Port-au-Prince and expand their grip on provincial towns, the UNDP and OAS have been actively renovating police stations to support Haiti’s overwhelmed police force. As the UNDP handed over a renovated central Port-au-Prince police station last week, the agency also donated 32 new vehicles to the Haitian National Police (PNH).
