Is the order of seats in the german Bundestag done according to how left/right a party is? And if yes, does this mean all the parties agree on that order, in the sense that everyone agrees "party X is more right/left than party Y"? It doesn't seem like a very obvious thing in general, but maybe for the particular parties in the Bundestag there wasn't ever a disagreement on that?
