CGI, a management and technology consulting firm, has won a contract with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to implement a new software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise financial system. The modern, cloud-based system will be based on CGI Advantage, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for state and local governments.
