I don’t understand the lack of urgency in this genocide. Countries are careful not to be “too quick” to call it a genocide. War crimes, “sure,” they say, breaches of international laws, “yeah, maybe,” but genocide, they won’t say. Perhaps because that would mean they HAVE to act. And act in a substantive manner.
