President Trump says former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who also previously served as his personal attorney, will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The announcement on social media came the same day Giuliani was released from a hospital after being injured in a vehicle crash Saturday on I-93 in Manchester.
