Perth-based SAP consultancy DyFlex Solutions has purchased east coast counterpart Bluetree in a deal following shortly on the heels of its own sale to private equity firm Five V Capital. Founded by a trio of former Deloitte consultants in 2016, Bluetree has since expanded from its Sydney and Melbourne base to include an outlet in Auckland, offering a range of services grouped around advisory & implementation, analytics, and performance management.
