All persons in Quebec who subscribed to the Ajusto program offered by La Personnelle or Desjardins for automobile insurance before February 25, 2021, received a rebate thereunder sold and advertised as being “locked in for as long as you have car insurance with us!”, and whose rebate was unilaterally removed as of January 2025.
