This document provides notice that Epic Games disputes Apple's assertion that it has complied with an injunction issued by the court. The injunction barred Apple from prohibiting developers from including external payment options and communicating with customers obtained through app registration. While Apple claimed it updated its App Store guidelines to comply, Epic intends to file a motion arguing Apple has not complied and requesting the court enforce the injunction.
