West Oxfordshire District Council is considering a proposed five-year plan to invest £3.5 million in its leisure centres and sports facilities to improve their condition and make sure they are fit for the future. In light of proposed changes to local government the investment will ensure good quality facilities are protected for residents over the coming 5 years.
