Russia struck Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers building for the first time in a massive overnight air assault that marked the largest aerial offensive of the war. At least four people were killed across the country, including an infant and a young woman in Kyiv. More than 44 were injured, Ukrainian authorities confirmed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said 810 drones and 13 missiles were launched.
