The task force investigating specialist Dr Tay Tien Yaa’s death found no evidence of bullying or excessive workload. Chairman Borhan Dollah believes Dr Tay might have faced struggles as a "city girl" in adjusting to Lahad Datu, a "relatively remote" town.
