The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) dropped its lawsuit against a service provider for the Christian school, Grand Canyon University (GCU) on Friday. The move marks another win for the Phoenix-based school in a nearly two-year-long legal battle against the FTC, the U.S. Department of Education (ED), and the former Biden Administration.
