An LLC Manager is a person or company chosen to run the day-to-day business and sign contracts for the LLC. LLCs can be Member-managed (run by owners) or Manager-managed (run by Managers). Members pick the Manager(s) and can remove them if needed. This choice is documented in the LLC Operating Agreement and sometimes in state filings.
