TEWKSBURY — The firing of Market Basket CEO Arthur T. Demoulas by the company's board of directors has come alongside a 35-page complaint filed by the board against the now former CEO in the Chancery Court in Delaware, where a long-awaited mediation session took place last week and where Market Basket's holding company is based.
