Jaydyn Callender, a rising senior at Howard University in Washington, D.C., spent 10 weeks this summer at the University of Notre Dame as part of the Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP)—a hands-on initiative designed to inspire students to pursue graduate school and provide them with a clear roadmap to get there.
