Founded in 1900, Takahashi Shuzo is a Distillery of authentic rice shochu located in Kumamoto Prefecture. We make Kuma Shochu, one of the leading Japanese spirits with around 500 years of history. We hope you enjoy our shochu made with pure water and rice grown in the Hitoyoshi Kuma region.
