If you are running OCLP and don’t want to ruin your day, turn off auto updates and double-check, triple-check, etc. that Sequoia updates are selected and not Tahoe updates. I don’t think it was in the video, but on the bright side, an OCLP update requires downloading the full installer of an OS, so if you see that you are downloading Tahoe, you should have enough time to interrupt the installation process and start over with Sequoia.
