In this recent story on POLITICO: Pentagon to limit journalists’ access unless they agree not to publish certain information we hear about a new condition for having physical access to the Pentagon. But - how does one currently get such access? Or rather, what are the criteria for access, and who meets them? I'm specifically interested in smaller news outlets and independent reporters; do they qualify at all?
