The Louvre Abu Dhabi is one of the most interesting museums completed recently. Simple detailing and wonderfully executed. Elegant colour scheme and play with materials creates spaces which are simple, yet refined. Light is modulated through an interesting skylight design, which lets in filtered diffused light which is apt for a museum.
