Carmen Peña, Resident Services Manager at our All Bright Community Center, was awarded by the Black and Latino Legislative Caucus as a Latino Excellence on the Hill Honoree! Carmen was recognized for her work as a distinguished leader in the Latino community in the Great Hall at the Massachusetts State House surrounded by peers.
