The amended Law on Vietnamese Nationality, which went into effect in July, has offered more opportunities for overseas Vietnamese to return to their homeland. This marks an important step forward, reflecting the country’s openness and spirit of integration, while affirming respect for all Vietnamese, no matter where they live in the world.
