More than 17,000 runners participated in Rome half marathon last year. The second edition of the Wizz Air Rome Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 19 October 2025, with a 21-km route that starts at the Circus Maximus and ends near the Colosseum. Promoted as the "Jubilee Edition," the route passes through the centre of Rome, past landmarks such as the Baths of Caracalla and Piazza di Spagna, with a finish line along the Roman Forum.
