Typhoon Bualoi is forecast to make landfall after 7:00 PM (28 September) between Nghệ An and northern Quảng Trị with winds up to level 12. Coastal waters from Thanh Hóa to Quảng Ngãi face waves of 5 – 7 metres and winds gusting as high as level 16.
