The University of Notre Dame will welcome prominent voices in diplomacy, policymaking and humanitarian action this semester as part of a new speaker series, the Dean’s Forum on Global Affairs. Kevin Rudd, Australia's ambassador to the United States, and David Miliband, president and CEO of the International Rescue Committee, will lead off the series.
