On September 24, the USPS announced there will be no rate increases for Market Dominant products in January. In addition, the Alliance filed comments on September 23 opposing a USPS proposal to exclude from the service performance measurement system delays caused by extraordinary events outside of its control (hurricanes, wildfires, earthquakes, etc.)
