A specialty coffee shop that operates out of a trailer in San Antonio is being toasted, not roasted, by review website Yelp. Yelp’s new ranking of the top 100 coffee shops in the U.S. puts Theory Coffee Co. at No. 50. It’s the highest-ranked coffee shop among the four Texas shops on the list.
