London (AFP) Sept 25, 2025 Economic growth in southeast Europe will next year face strains from US tariffs, increased competition from China and government budget pressures, Europe's development bank forecast Thursday. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development slightly downgraded its growth forecast for all its regions in 2026, which for the first time takes into account some sub-Saharan African nations.
