On 3 October in Hanoi, the French Embassy awarded the National Order of the Legion of Honour, Officer rank, to 2 distinguished Vietnamese French scientists - Professor Tran Thanh Van and Professor Le Kim Ngoc. This is France’s most prestigious award, recognising their lifelong dedication to science, as well as their efforts to strengthen ties between France and Vietnam.
