Linda Lou (Williams) Duncan, Age 73 of Oak Ridge, TN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at her home after a battle with Alzheimer's. She was born in Jamestown, TN, on October 7, 1951. She was a devoted wife of 34 years and stepmother to David's twin boys, Bryan and Brent.
