Fuad Sakhleh, also known as Papa Freddy, age 83, of Knoxville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday night, September 13, 2025, after a long battle with cancer and other illnesses. He is survived by his son, Christopher Sakleh, Linda Williams, partner and best friend of 40 years.
