Lieutenant-Colonel Eleanor Taylor (retired) discusses leadership, confidence and building trust. Taylor had a 26-year distinguished military career in the Canadian Armed Forces. She was the first woman to command an infantry company in a war zone and was awarded the Meritorious Service Cross.
