Baringa, a London-headquartered management consulting firm, has hired Kim Sorensen and Pratyush Lal as partners in its US digital and technology practice. Sorensen and Lal will lead the expansion of the practice, which recently integrated the staff of Dallas-based technology consultancy Altruas.
