Download satellite orbital elements from Space Track Changes for 0.171 - 2025-10-06 Deprecate mccants() arguments 'mcnames' and 'vsnames'. The underlying files have been removed from the web site. This is an accellerated deprecation. This commit causes the arguments to warn on every use in addition to the 404 error caused by the removal. Six months from the release of Astro-SpaceTrack 0.171 these arguments will be made into a fatal error.
