From Aug 20, 2025, the Visa Bond Pilot requires some B1/B2 applicants from four overstay nations to post refundable bonds ($5k–$15k). Bonds use Form I-352, do not guarantee visas, and require arrival/departure via BOS, JFK, or IAD. India is not included.
