As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, tonight we spotlight Queens-born Grace Bonilla — the first Latina CEO of the United Way of New York City. The organization is one of the largest non-profits in the country, partnering with local groups to help New Yorkers in need. But with recent funding cuts, Bonilla says the city and its local partners are about to face a major challenge. NBC News 4 New York’s Gilma Avalos reports.
