IBM has agreed to acquire Cognitus, a Dallas-based SAP consulting firm. Founded in 2002, Cognitus is an SAP gold and co-innovation partner that works with clients in aerospace and defense, utilities, manufacturing, consumer products, professional services, and wholesale distribution.
