Jake Haro entered the guilty plea during what was scheduled as a felony settlement conference. According to NBC Palm Springs reporter Brett Rosen, who was present in the courtroom, Haro was visibly emotional, crying as he admitted to killing his infant son. Emmanuel's remains have not been located.
